Zu3D Software Licences
Our Zu3D Home and Family Licences are delivered electronically, and are automated. You will receive your licence code within a few minutes of ordering. Please check your spam if you can't find it.
Our Zu3D Multi-Platform Site Licences are dispatched manually as we need to verify your organization. We will usually email the details within 1 business day, but occasionally it can take up to 3 business days. If your need of a licence (or renewal) is rather pressing, then please contact us to let us know as we always aim to respond to urgent requests with greater immediacy where possible.
Delivery of your Zu3D Animation Kit
If you are in the UK or USA, we dispatch our Zu3D Animation Kits with express delivery as standard (usually through Amazon Fulfillment), meaning you should receive your kit within 3 business days of ordering, yet this is often earlier.
For customers outside the UK or USA, we will dispatch your Animation Kit within a week of receiving your order. Please be aware it can then take up to 7-10 working days for delivery of European orders, and 14-21 working days for worldwide orders. If your order is urgent, please contact us and we may be able to upgrade your shipping option for a fee.
Delivery of Newplast Modelling Clay
We only ship this within the UK - as it is so heavy, the international shipping costs more than the product!
To save on time (and storage space!), we often dispatch this straight from the manufacturers. Delivery is usually within the week, however can take between 7-21 days depending on demand.
Delivery of physical goods (excluding Zu3D Animation Kit)
We will try our best to ship all other equipment within a week of receiving your order. We use a variety of different shipping methods, but tend to use Royal Mail, DHL or UPS the most.
Our shipping costs vary depending on your order and where you are. For international orders (outside the UK) the price given at checkout is a guide and we may need to contact you to alter the price (up or down!).
Customs - Import tax and Duty
We ship our goods from the UK. If you are located outside the UK, then you the customer, will be liable for any import tax or duty that your country applies to the order. Unfortunately we are unable to advise if this will be added, and/or how much this will be.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
IMPORTANT please contact us to arrange the return before sending it to us.
We will notify you to confirm safe receipt of your returned item(s). We will notify you again further regarding the status of your refund after having inspected the item(s).
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your debit/credit card (or original method of payment).
Depending on your card issuer's policies, you will receive the credit to your account within a set time period - this is usually 5-10 working days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unless your return is due to receiving a faulty item, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
